M. Ahmed, client saoudien, a visité notre concession CS TRUCKS et a acheté dix camions-bennes Sinotruk HOWO de 20 tonnes. Ces camions seront livrés en Éthiopie pour un projet minier. Après deux mois de production, tous les camions sont prêts et présentent les caractéristiques suivantes : les camions-bennes HOWO sont construits sur le châssis classique HOWO 6x4 et sont équipés d’une cabine HW76 climatisée avec sièges confortables. Ils sont dotés d’un moteur diesel WP10.380E22 de 380 ch et d’une cylindrée de 9 726 cm³, parfaitement adapté au marché africain.Camion benne HOWO 6x4 personnalisé, équipé d'un vérin de levage avant renforcé et d'une benne renforcée de dimensions 5800 x 2350 x 1500 mm, pour un volume total de 20,445 m³. Ahmed, exploitant minier en Éthiopie, a visité nos locaux de CS TRUCKS en avril 2024 afin d'assurer un service optimal à ses clients. Après avoir discuté avec notre service d'ingénierie, il a confirmé l'achat de 10 camions-bennes HOWO. Ces camions, spécialement conçus pour les charges lourdes, offrent une capacité de chargement supérieure à 20 m³ et sont équipés d'un système de déchargement automatique, contribuant ainsi à améliorer l'efficacité des livraisons. Après un mois et demi de production, les 10 camions-bennes étaient prêts. M. Ahmed est revenu nous voir en juin pour les essais. Les camions ont ensuite été livrés au port de Lianyungang pour embarquer à destination du port de Djibouti, puis acheminés par voie terrestre jusqu'à Addis-Abeba, la capitale éthiopienne. M. Ahmed apprécie beaucoup la conception et les performances des camions-bennes HOWO 6x4. Les camions-bennes HOWO de 20 tonnes et 20 m³ exportés par CS TRUCKS sont conçus sur la base du moteur diesel HOWO WEICHAI de 380 ch, exploitant pleinement l'espace de modification du châssis. À longueur de benne égale, la longueur du camion-benne et l'empattement sont raccourcis en moyenne de 300 à 500 mm, réduisant ainsi le rayon de braquage et améliorant la maniabilité et la sécurité de conduite.  Le système de levage avant renforcé est optimisé pour abaisser le centre de gravité. Ce dernier peut être réduit de 50 à 125 mm par rapport à une configuration classique, selon le châssis. La hauteur de repliage peut atteindre 340 mm, soit légèrement plus qu'avec un camion-benne à basculement frontal. La benne adopte une conception à faible poids à vide, et le poids à vide du camion-benne à levage central est égal ou légèrement inférieur à celui des camions-bennes à basculement central. Dix camions-bennes HOWO seront testés une dernière fois avant de quitter notre usine.   Les ingénieurs de CS TRUCKS vérifient et inspectent tous les camions-bennes HOWO avant l'expédition.Camions-bennes HOWO de 20 tonnes expédiés vers l'Éthiopie depuis le port de Lianyungang
